Capoeira session, percussion workshop and Afro-Bahian cuisine class.
Day 4: Cachoeira & São Félix
Day trip to the Recôncavo Baiano — colonial streets, religious sisterhoods, cigar and cacao heritage.
Day 5: Quilombo community
Community-led visit with local guide; lunch and oral history shared with respect.
Day 6: Salvador
Candomblé heritage explanation with respectful cultural mediation, not spectacle.
Day 7: Departure
Transfer to airport.
